What you get for €79 including 21% VAT
- One product CSV per order (max. 15 MB / approx. 10,000 rows), checked for column headers, handles, titles, options and variant structure, SKUs, prices, inventory fields, image URLs, duplicate rows and dangerous blank values that overwrite existing data.
- A report with three categories: BLOCKING (Shopify rejects or damages), WARNING (imports, but probably not what you intended) and UNKNOWN (can only be verified against your live store — we do not ask for access). Every finding comes with row number, column and recommended action.
- Where safe: a corrected copy of your CSV plus a changelog. Mechanical corrections only: whitespace, decimal commas, currency symbols, capitalisation of true/false/status values, exact duplicate rows. Anything that touches a product’s identity (handles, options, SKUs, deleting rows) is your decision; we never apply it silently.
- One rerun included, after you have made those decisions.
- Delivery within one business day (Mon–Fri, CET) after receipt of a valid file.
- Files deleted within seven days of delivery, with a deletion confirmation.

How an order works
- You order and pay on the Jithox Shopify store (€79,00 including 21% VAT). The order confirmation e-mail tells you how to send your file.
- You send only your Shopify product CSV and answer four short questions (new or update; “Overwrite” on or off; one or several locations; what you expect).
- We first check the file for unwanted customer, order or payment data. If it contains any, we delete it unread and ask for the product CSV only.
- The check runs offline; a person reviews the result and writes the summary.
- You receive the report, the changelog and — where safe — the corrected copy, within one business day.
- After your decisions on identity changes: one rerun.
- No later than seven days after delivery we delete your files and confirm it.
Limits and rejection criteria
Jithox does not import anything into your store, does not log in and does not ask for API access or a password. The report is a diagnosis of your file based on Shopify’s documented import rules; there is no guarantee that Shopify will accept the file — Shopify changes the format and also validates against your live store, which we do not see.
Not included: inventory, customer or order CSVs; Matrixify/Excelify formats; variant metafields (not supported by Shopify’s CSV import); writing product copy or prices; hosting or repairing images; comparison against your live catalogue without an accompanying export.
We decline (and delete the file immediately) when: the file contains customer, order or payment data; the file is larger than 15 MB; the file is not a Shopify product CSV; we are asked to import or log in ourselves.
Frequently asked questions
Shopify’s import is free. Why pay for this?
The import itself stays free. What you buy is the check beforehand for errors Shopify does not report: blank cells that overwrite existing data, missing option columns that delete variants, duplicate SKUs. A failed import cannot be cancelled or rolled back.
Doesn’t Matrixify have a “Dry Run”?
Yes, but it checks the basic structure of the file. We check content row by row and column by column, explain what happens on import and write out the safe corrections for you. Feel free to use both.
What happens to my file?
It is processed locally and offline, not shared with third parties or AI services, and deleted no later than seven days after delivery. You receive a confirmation. Do not send customer, order or payment data; we do not process it.
Do you fix everything automatically?
No. Only mechanical corrections go into the corrected copy. Renaming handles, adding options, choosing a SKU or deleting rows are decisions about your catalogue; we lay out the choices and process your answer in one rerun.
